A very early variety, suitable for growing in a film-covered greenhouse and open-air, sunny, windproof area.
Fruit mass ~ 3 kg.
Initially the skin is coloured green, later the colour is yellow. Flesh red, firm juicy and very sweet.
The plants form ~ 2 m long strings.
Shkirne is resistant to the real and false mildew.
There's a deep noise when a mature fruit knocks.
It's important to keep watermelons out of wet ground so you don't go rotting.
