Melon, has entered our gardens relatively recently, but it's worth trying to tame it.

Melons also contain easy-to-use carbohydrates, various sugars, vitamin C, carotene, mild fiber that benefits digestion.
Melons also contain quite a few minerals and folic acid. Thanks to folic acid, it's a good idea to put big berry melons on anyone's menu, but especially mothers-to-be, as folic acid plays a part in the blood production process, helping the baby build a whole spine and nervous system.
