Fast and rapid growing, grows 2 -2.5 m high.

In proportion to the foliage and plant height, the flowers are very small, inconspicuous, in loose clusters. The main magnificence is the beautiful large leaves and impressive height.

Castor blooms in July - August.

Then very handsome and expressively colored fruits are formed that resemble small pink, pink or green chestnuts. Castor seeds are poisonous. Castor seeds are large - coarse, similar to Turkish bean seeds.

Seeds are sown at the end of March for growing seedlings. This makes it possible to grow a really large and impressive castor. When sown directly into the soil in May, the castor will grow much smaller.

Seedlings are planted after frost in a warm, sunny, wind-protected place and in nutrient-rich soil.
